Refund Policy
Due to the nature of personalized coaching services and time investment, all sales are final. That said, your satisfaction matters to me. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out—I’m committed to your success and open to meaningful dialogue.

Cancellation Policy
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited. If you need to end coaching early, please communicate this directly—we’ll work together on a fair resolution, though no refunds will be given.

Fulfillment Policy
All services are delivered virtually. After a clarity call and signed client agreement, you’ll receive a secure payment link and access to scheduling. Coaching sessions are hosted via Zoom or another agreed-upon platform.

Legal Restrictions
There are no known legal or export restrictions applicable to our coaching services. Coaching is available to clients worldwide unless otherwise stated.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters. I collect only the information necessary to communicate with you and deliver services effectively (e.g., name, email, phone number). I do not share or sell your information.
For payments, I use secure third-party platforms (MoonClerk and Stripe) that are PCI-compliant and encrypted.

By enrolling in coaching, you agree to respect the service terms outlined in your client agreement. Coaching is not therapy and should not be used as a substitute for mental health treatment.
